The recipe for Halloween Soup

- Cut all the vegetables into large chunks.
- Sauté a few minutes with butter in the pressure cooker.
- Cover with cold water.
- Add onion, garlic and bouquet garni.
- Cook for about 45 minutes.
- Mix all.
- Finish by adding nutmeg and crème fraiche.

- 2 potatoes
- 3 medium carrots
- 200 g leeks
- 1/2 liter of water
- 3 onions
- 2 cloves of garlic
- A bouquet garni
- 1 c. Coffee nutmeg
- 40 cl of cream
- Butter
