Recipe Grandmother
- Cut all vegetables into cubes.
 - Put water in a pot to heat.
 - Add the cubes and stir until dissolved.
 - Pour into pan all your vegetables.
 - Let cook on low boil for about 45 minutes or 10-15 minutes in a pressure cooker.
 - After cooking, fill a bowl of broth and put it aside.
 - Mix soup with vegetables until smooth.
 - If the soup seems too thick, add the bowl of broth that you had set aside.
 - Finally, put a small piece of salted butter. It will act as a natural preservative and give a touch of shine to your soup!
 
- 1 Medium zucchini
 - 6 Medium carrots
 - 4 Medium potatoes
 - 4 Leeks with a little green (10 cm max after the white part)
 - Stalk celery 1/4 celeriac
 - L of water
 - Cubes of chicken, beef or vegetables according to your tastes.
 - Small piece of salted butter
 
- A pot or pressure cooker
 
- Put a teaspoon of sour cream or grated cheese in your soup bowl to tantalize your taste buds.
