Arnica for bumps

After a stroke, Arnica is your ally!

When your child gets a bump or bumps against a piece of furniture immediately apply by massaging with a stick arnica or arnica ointment (sold in pharmacies or health food store). Do not apply to mucous membranes around the eyes and wounds.

Arnica is also in homeopathy (granules). It is a jerk against natural and effective! One important thing: The always carry (in her handbag for example). Car mishaps and bumps can happen anywhere!
