How to fight against the pump stroke ?

Eggnog grandmother gives you energy and you peps ! It is often eaten in the winter and especially during the Christmas period to restore tone . It is a natural remedy to fight against tiredness .

  Eggnog recipe for 1 person
  1.     Put in a container egg yolk and sugar.
  2.     Add the rum (optional).
  3.     Beat together until the mixture whitens .
  4.     Heat the milk in a saucepan.
  5.     Pour into your cup and mix.
  6.     Add a pinch of cinnamon.
  7.     Drink eggnog .
  Ingredients
  •     A yellow organic egg
  •     10 cl of milk
  •     4 coffee spoon of sugar cane
  •     A pinch of cinnamon
  •     1 teaspoon rum (optional and only for adults)
 Equipment
  •     A cup
  •     A whip
  •     A container

  •     Drink once a day during periods of fatigue .
  •     Eggnog is not recommended for people with too much cholesterol.
  •     Ask your doctor if fatigue persists.
